Expiring Programs of Study

In the summer semester 2021 and winter semester 2021/22, some fundamental changes were made as part of name changes and redesign of degree programs.

• The introduction of the Master's degree in Data and Computer Science, as a redesign of the Master's in Applied Computer Science,
• A conversion of the "teaching degree" to a bachelor/master structure. In the bachelor's phase, two 50% bachelor's degree programs relevant to teaching are studied, each with the option of becoming a teacher. The computer science part of the course is the bachelor's degree in computer science with a subject share of 50% and the option to become a teacher. This bachelor's degree is followed by the Master of Education in the partial course of study in computer science.
• The bachelor's degree in Computer Science will replace the bachelor's degree in "Applied Computer Science" from WS21/22. In addition to the name change, there are also changes to the content, which can be found in the examination regulations.
