Courses in the field of general competencies (ÜK) are primarily to be selected from the range of courses offered by the university that do not belong to one of the computer science courses or the selected area of application. Courses include (external) language courses, projects or participation in hackathons (each with proof of participation, including the hours worked), but no URZ courses. It is recommended that you contact the Examination Board for Computer Science before registering for or attending a corresponding event if you have any questions about crediting.
Courses for the ÜKs are always credited without a grade.
